This site is an online store for the purpose of promoting Action Sports Distributors, selling our company's in-house products, as well as selling our vendors products. Actions Sports Distributors does not take responsibility for any defects or malfunctions in other vendor's products, that must be taken up with the manufacturer.

           Action Sports Distributors allows the use of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks as payment for items purchased from our store. Personal Checks will need to clear our bank before any items are shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

           International sales, using Credit Cards, will be subject to the issuing bank being contacted to verify the account and funds availability. Until the funds are secured, shipment may take a little longer.

           FORMULA FRAMES - Please note that these frames are individually made to order and take at least 3 weeks to ship.

Because these frames are made to order there is a 15% restocking fee for all frames returned and shipping charges are not refundable.
